Cobra Resources (LSE: COBR) is a South Australian critical minerals developer advancing projects across the pre-production stage. We discovered the Boland ionic rare earth deposit in 2023 – Australia’s only rare earth project suitable for low cost, low disturbance in situ recovery (ISR) mining. In 2025, we optioned the Manna Hill Copper Project in the Nackara Arc in the right geological setting to deliver a major porphyry discovery.
Cobra’s Boland Project
In 2023, Cobra discovered a rare earth deposit with the potential to re-define the cost of rare earth production. The highly scalable Boland Project in South Australia’s Gawler Craton is Australia’s only ionic rare earth project with the potential for in situ recovery (ISR) mining – a low-cost, low-disturbance method.
